In addition to being a professional chef, Christopher has worked as a commercial fisherman in Alaska for more than 20 years, giving him an intimate knowledge of fish and how to prepare them. Something that has been very popular are homemade bagel brunches for weddings. Bagels, cured wild salmon, champagne. Yum!
