Join Us at Gospel Flat for a Salmon Pick-Up
Join us on for a special salmon drop-off from our friend, Chris Wang, a commercial fisherman from the largest wild, fully regenerative salmon fishery in Bristol Bay, Alaska. He'll be delivering salmon for pick-up between 3 and 6 pm. To participate, please make sure to PREORDER your fish. When you arrive, you'll find a bag with your name on it in the, filled with portioned, commercially vacuum-sealed, and frozen salmon, ready for you to store and enjoy at your convenience!
New to the offerings is a Smoky Curing Blend with which you can make your own Lox. It's more simple than you may think and whether you need a holiday treat or just want to make it part of your regular weekly meal plan, we gotcha covered.
